CHAPA Annual Regional Meetings

Registration Information

Please fill out your contact information (as the registrant) and let us know if you will be attending the event (do not check the last box in this section if you are registering someone else and will not be an attendee yourself).

For this event, please only select one session. You may receive a system reminder with the date range of 10/22/2025 - 11/06/2025 because these regional meetings are held over multiple dates. Please note the date, time, and location of the session you signed up for during this range (all are listed below). We apologize for the inconvenience. You will receive a separate email from CHAPA staff closer to the event confirming the event details specific to your session.
